Vision

  • Growing Hearts
    • We support children’s social emotional development by providing them with opportunities to build friendships, confidence, self regulation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Growing Minds
    • We foster children’s academic development by engaging children in play-based learning through thematic units and centers, as well as large and small group instruction in literacy, mathematics, and inquiry.
  • Growing Together
    • We strengthen family relationships within the school community through family outreach and engagement activities during school, after school, and on field trips.

Contact

I will be using ClassTag as my main form of communication with families. This application allows families to receive reminders and sign up for conferences, volunteering and parent engagement events. I will help families register for this service during the home visit before the school year starts. If you have any questions about how to use this app or need further help, please send me an email at andrea.colyer@aps.edu or speak with me during pick-up in the afternoon; I am glad to help!

Mrs. Shoman

School supplies will be provided for PreK students.
